What is Room in Roof?

A room in roof is part of a house built into what would normally be the roof or loft space. It will usually have sloping ceilings visible in the room, however, if there are full-width dormer windows you may not see any internal sloping. It could be a converted roof space such as a loft conversion.

Installation

Installations are straight forward, and times can vary, but typically takes less than a day to complete. We use British Gypsum Thermoline to insulate the roof pitch and Earthwool Omnislab to insulate the attic space and vertical walls. We will also access concealed areas to ensure that insulation is installed properly throughout. As always, we will ensure a neat and tidy finish!

Durability

All products used are non-hygroscopic, will not rot, degrade or sustain vermin and will not encourage the growth of mould, bacteria or fungi and have a life expectancy of 40 years.
